If it's night time where you are, go outside and look at the stars for a moment. The endless reaches of the universe, ever expanding away from us, ever creating. That's the beauty of science, the creation and entropy of all things.

Is there a practical way I can prove to myself that outer space is real, or that it exists as I'm told it has?
The only direct observation I can make of space is that there is one blinding source of light, which occasionally leaves revealing many other, smaller dots of light.
The rest is all the opinions of other people, many of which are suppositions of suppositions. Can I practically demonstrate to myself that they are not wrong or lying?
