Hurr. Mars doesn't have a proper core for holding or shielding proper atmosphere and nukes are not going to help much at all. You need massive bombardment using comets and asteroids which is as absurd as it sounds. The process will take 100,000s of years. You are better off just doming over everything you want to live on.

Also, he says nothing about gravity.
