Ariane-NEXT would really be competing against Starship which should be able to do 21t+ to GTO with reusability but that's not really a fair comparison because the satellite would require a large inclination burn in addition to the circularization burn. Vulcan can go directly to GEO which is of course appealing because the satellite wouldn't need large propulsion system and the same thing can be done with Starship using a space tug as a defacto third stage. It's not looking good for Arianespace's commercial business.
