This is the song that doesn't end,
Yes, it goes on and on my friend,
Some people started singing it not knowing what it was
But they'll continue singing it forever just because...

We've all seen what happens when a bunch of neckbeards on the internet decide to try and found a nation. Obviously, that's one hell of a stupid idea.

But, what about a city?

There are no laws against a bunch of people moving to one spot and founding a city together - at least, not in the USA. There are no vast old institutions who'd consider it a threat. It's also a lot cheaper. Those nation-founding projects, run by a bunch of naive teenagers... Having your own laws was never really the point, right? I don't know about you, but the appeal of that always seemed to be, to me, the chance at building a new culture, at having something to feel connected to, at living among people you can relate to. It's hard to feel like you're a part of something with the modern nation-state.

So, how about it /sci/, would you build a city with Anon? Just exploring the idea, here. What do you think?
