>Why does gravity pulls you down instead of up or sideways?
There is no "down" or "up" in the universe.

Gravity pulls you toward the "center" of the largest "mass" in your proximity. The closer to the center of that mass you get, the more gravitational attraction there is, exponentially related to distance.

Racism is a natural evolutionary behaviour to protect a group within a species, so they do not intermix and spread novel diseases or unacceptable behaviours.

It is also a protective measure of one's culture, as mixing cultures results in the destruction of both cultures. A la Native Americans and Spaniards becoming mestizos.

Racism is healthy. Anti-racism = anti-science and unnatural.

>Is there really a difference between cane sugar and high fructose corn syrup?
How it affects your pancreas and insulin production is the difference.

HFCS causes a larger and faster blood sugar spike, which means a larger and faster insulin spike. That is bad.

To remain healthy, one wants a slower metabolism of the carbohydrates (sugar) to that a slower and lower insulin response happens.

The occasional high blood sugar spike and insulin response is fine now and then. But not every few hours or even a daily occurrence.

>drink lots of water after drinking
>avoid drinking cheap alcohols because they contain methanol
FPNI
It's really that simple.
Also, don't drink too much. The body can only metabolize about 1 drink per hour at a maximum. Drink faster than that, and you will be in dehydration (hangover) territory after that.
