That's what's left of the inner part of the foreskin. You have about 15-25% of it left. Hopefully you were able to keep some portion of your frenulum as well. These are the most sensitive parts of the penis. Circumcision removes them. Again, circumcision removes the most sensitive part of the penis. Imagine having 4-5 times the amount of that sensitive tissue and it being moist and not keratinized from being exposed to air. On top of that, imagine having the ridged band tissue that is also very sensitive. This is what was taken from you right after you were born.
