We need to focus on training the brainlets like animals because that is what they are rather than culling them. You wouldn't expect a dog to behave properly in society if it was raised by bad owners? Dogs are dumb as fuck and still capable of behaving themselves when trained. Brainlets are put on this planet to act as cannon fodder and labor to siphon from.

My dad is a former engineer (worked for general dynamics for 15 years). He's only a parrot of information, incapable of forming his own thoughts and ideas. Ultimately, he is a boot-licking cuck. That sums up my perspective of engineers.
