No. Particles don't exist. Teleforce uses longitudinal perturbations or "scalar waves. They aren't "waves" in the slightest which is what he meant by "non Hertzian waves" . They are measured in compressions/ rarefactions, they have no "speed" whatsoever and are instantaneous. There is no emission only transmission.
