1) Have any man-made diseases ever been discovered?

2) If one were to attempt to create a virus of his own, what would be the general steps he would take?

3) Do you think it's possible to engineer a disease (viral or otherwise) that only attacks a certain demographic (i.e. only a certain gender, nationality, other genetically-determined characteristics)?

why do you have such a problem with people having religious faith when it takes a great deal of faith for scientists to think that the experiments conducted that form the basis of scientific principles are done correctly and are true?

I am not very good at math.

I'm in my third year of university and do not need to take any more math-related courses. I'd like to be better at math, though.
