The refractive index of a water droplet is not a constant at different wavelengths. Could someone explain why? Red light is travelling at different speed than blue light in medium? F*cking rainbows. How do they work?

I'm quite sure my teacher gave the wrong answer regarding this and I'm asking you guys just to make sure (because I'm slightly confused now).

So, what's partial derivate for x from function
x (times) y - (1/2)x - (3/4)y?

I'll remove the thread as soon as I get a legitimate answer.

Some things can not be explained by science. Take for example, rainbows. Rainbows are a mystery and you can not touch them, just like god. Despite this fact, they are still there even though there is no scientific explanation for them. So next time you find yourself doubting your faith, think of god as a rainbow. I know that this can be a difficult concept for some of you to grasp. It is just like air you can't see it but you know its there

What they need to do is combine the laz0r method with superconductivity...So what we'll need basically will be tiny balls of hydrogen mixed with some metal probably, perhaps iron or some paramagnetic/ferromagnetic substance so amplify the effects of the superconductivity. That would be the "fuel". Besides that we need laz0rz to heat that shit up to as high as we can (at least high enough to be plasma) + the energy produced by that process must be sufficient to maintain the superconductivity
