The whole point of a doomsday weapon is that it's CHEAPER than an arsenal of conventional nukes. Also, he likes to be called "Emperor Dough Boy"

My next idea would only work for America and Russia: Put ALL your nuclear waste in ONE giant pile on top of a single really big nuke.

Maybe having all these "spent fuel rod pools" all over the place are actually, doomsday weapons in disguise. If EVERY single pool dried up and caught on fire (because everyone was dead in that country), how fucked would the whole planet be?
