AUTISM IS THE CURE TO SCHIZOPHRENIA.

We all had this feeling of obsession when we are doing something meaningful, like finding the solution for a genuine problem. Most geniuses were doing just that, but bigger problems and bigger solutions. You wouldn't be passionate about your work if you were about to solve gravity, alternative current or digital money?

It's all about getting to see the problem. And that requires knowing a lot of stuff and going towards the right direction(god). There's a lot of luck involved and hard work. You don't need mental illness but thinking different and having your own way definitely helps and those are probably linked.

Think of Pareto distribution and the Butterfly effect.

My high school physics professor once gave a lecture about entropy and how the universe couldn't be sustained forever and the psychological effect this historically had on scientists. He suggested to people very upset about it that they construct a 2d black hole by collapsing an equally spaced ring of matter and then fly through it and see what's on the other side.
