Genetic engineering is going to be used on humans very soon to express extreme female biased sexual size dimorphism, making men ~125cm and super athletic, and women 200cm+ and thick and super fecund, who gestate litters of 3 or 4 babies each pregnancy.

The small super athletic males will be be able to sprint 25 miles per hour as well as maintain marathon running pace for long periods of time, be able to jump three and a half feet in the air, have incredible hands eye coordination, insanely fast reaction speeds, lift hundreds of pounds, and can do all of it for a basal metabolic rate of only a few hundred calories per day. They are the physically ideal male, superior in both quality and quantity.

Tall thick women can be programmed to superovulate and release several eggs each cycle, so when impregnated they gestate 3 or 4 babies each pregnancy. They are ideal fertility goddesses with towering heights, strong thick legs and big hips, physically optimized to maximize fecundity.

All of the women and men will be very intelligent, and given increased vasopressin and oxytocin receptive neurons, to facilitate strong pair bonding/love between the men and women and matriarchal rule of the giant mother.

So in this manner we will have a matriarchal society which spreads exponentially even with only a single pregnancy per woman, uses fewer resources for larger populations, is incredibly socially stable with strong monogamous pairs and in-group bias, and which is superior in economic output and military might.

Big men and small women literally could not even reproduce until C-sections. The woman would die trying to birth a large baby from a large male. A small woman needed to reproduce with a similar sized male. Humans are not like other primates, the human pelvis is not built to be able to have a huge male-biased size difference like, say, gorillas, which is part of the reason why men are only 3 or 4 inches taller than women in any given population. A human woman can't naturally pump out babies from a man who's much larger than her without a huge risk of complications.

Big men and small women are literally not possible in our species. It's a shitty dimorphism that never even worked and never existed, there was never a time where men were much larger than women and there never will be. Big women and small men are superior by every metric, and we're going to genetically modify humans to make women 6'5"+ and super fecund, and men ~3'10" and lean and super athletic.
