>Anyone who suggests anxiety disorders are reflective of weakness or unintelligence deserves to be beaten into a coma, but they usually won’t be. Just one of many, many injustices that create our current circumstances: the less intelligent and less moral you are, the more likely you are to be successful. Non-anxious people in the vast majority of cases have impaired intelligence and are literally not perceiving the stimuli which impair anxious people. If the world is an objectively terrible place, then intelligence and function will correlate inversely. And in fact this is what we see in the world: virtually all happy people are stupid, religious, spiritual, etc.
so this is what they call gigacope

Hello, fellow science bros.
I've started studying CS at a university a few weeks ago and it has been really hard. Math subjects (linear algebra and discrete structures) are not that hard but coding (we started with C) has been brutal so far. My main problem is that the more complex problems make me feel stupid, my mind is pretty blank when it comes to them. Does this get sorted out with doing a lot of coding? Also, didn't have any coding experience prior to this.

at what point in your educational career did you make studying and reading your main source of entertainment?
I can't play games or hardly watch TV anymore without feeling like that time could be better spent understanding my classes more or just getting smarter in general
