No real values of x can satisfy this equation, yes?
x - x = y
Where y > 0 or y < 0 (meaning non-zero).

And course we could create an imaginary number for this, yes? But here's my question and purpose of this thread..

sqrt(-1) has many applications, does x - x = (non-zero) have any applications any of you could think of?

Just curious, what actually does the work in electricity?

Electron flow?
Electron "hole" flow?
or
Is it both, a combination of negative electrons and a pseudo-positive electron deficit?

I'm assuming it's the last one, right, is that also analagous to transformers needing AC/pulsed DC to function properly?
