Regression question:

I have a town planning problem. i have the data for a nearby town that i want to use as a predictive model for my town.

I need to check wether this model is adequate, using regression.

For the nearby town, I have the data for population, employment, trip attractions and trip productions.

For my town, i ahev the data for population and employment.

What data do i plug into he regression model?
