I literally said it has nothing to do with gender. It's about tricking others into thinking you are a different sex, or sometimes multiple people (ie the idiots who refer to themselves as "they"). No different than tricking others into thinking you are a dragon or cat. It's a mental illness
Also, since it has nothing to do with gender, I should not need to call them their "preferred gender." Yet they have a mental breakdown if I don't. There is a clear mismatch between reality and what is going on in these people's heads.

"It" is a mental illness. Of course it exists. I'm pointing out it doesn't actually have anything to do with gender and hence "gender disphoria" is a pseudoscience lie attempting to distract you from these people's mental illness.
