Any reason why drinking coffee makes me sleepy?
It's like I'm immune or something.

I've googled it, but have found no reasons, just similarly-effected people also stating caffiene makes them sleepy too.

the observer is hypothetical, there couldn't be an observer because our 3 dimensions are the only ones you can move THROUGH. (plus time)

the observer is merely a referance to not being the subject in respect of the 3 dimensions. The bit you got was that the subject within 3 dimensions would never know anything has changed, ever will nor can he do anything to find out, since he is literally restricted to those three.
But in the case of his 3 dimensions being inside a non-dimensional point in space, it really defines just how extra dimensions can work.

in reality, there is no ''box'' I simply drew that as an aid (since we can't comprehend what 3 dimensions look like)
based on nothing whatsoever, I would argue the ''4th'' dimension is simply the ''stuff'' that spacetime is made of, as in the mathematical lattice having its lattice distorted, resulting in an expansion of space, or a contraction of the entire system, outaside of our perspective.
but as I said, the 4th isn't the only one, there would be others I have not bothered to try to describe which would dictate the relationship between the fundamental forces.

oh, on an extra note, something to mull over. While doing the maths I found that if it was a literal cube of space that you collapsed into a non-dimensional point in space, since everything in that dimension works normally in relation to all the points of space in the non-dimensional point (yeah bit of a headfuck) then I found all the fundamental forces reduce in relation to the observer (of the point) while staying normal inside the space. If someone were to hold an atom next to the non-dimensional point, there would be no attraction.

because we use archaic transport mechanisms.

The entirety of a city should be roadless. The only areas with roads should be residential neighbourhoods and between-city links.
Roads are completely useless in a city as they use a gigantic ammount of space, produce ridiculousd ammounts of pollution and are almost always gridlocked.

There should be transport hubs outside every city where a commuter will park his car and enter one of the numerous hyper-transport grids. (subway/maglev-inner city shuttle, travelator, monorail or simply public paths)
with these, travel will not only be much faster, but more efficient, cheaper and less pollutive. An added benefit would be that roads no longer take up space and multiple levels of the city will ahve walkways.
Added to this... cities need to be MUCH denser and built up. Inefficient city sprawl takes up too much land.

they will be essentially industrializing space, paing the infrastructure for development and evventual colonization, bringing both the cost of ships, fuel and supplies fort humans in space, down.

I am investing in it the second it becomes public
they already have multi billion dollar deals with NASA and trillions worth of tech development deals... let alone the entirely new industries that can be developed in space...

and then after that there is expansion; to the asteroid belt proper, the other planets and like you said, Titan.

Class is pretty easy so far. I Aced the homework. But then, we're still just at the start of it too.

Also, Continuous describes the actions the AI may take, guys. It ain't rocket science. For the coin problem the Agent is only going to be able to flip a coin, observe the result, and perform math (statistical, obviously) upon those results. 3 Possible actions, discounting completely unreasonable actions that don't contribute to dealing with the presented problem at all.
