Interesting. I watched a documentary over a decade ago. It talked about senescence, mutations, some kind of caramel gunk made from sugars and fats that builds up between cells and interferes with cell replication, some other stuff I can't remember. I will look into that book because I haven't done much research since I got obsessed with folded proteins. Because it's a cure for everything.

I haven't really kept up to date over the years although maybe I should have.
