This is the only equivalent study done where the same IQ test was used in the same time period across a sample of European countries. The data are suppressed in favor of Raven's metric and other politically influenced tests. You can't even find the methodology on these data (although it exists) because it has been scrubbed. For reference, US mean IQ was 100 at the time (1981). Creativity and theory of mind are functions of increased dmPFC (dorsal medial prefrontal cortex) activity giving rise to action-outcome preferences. Creativity is just combinatorial abstractedness of IQ, and dmPFC hyperactivity is strongly correlated to neuroses and psychoses, thus corroborating the "creative genius" stereotype.
