>There's no B12 in the livestock either unless we supplement it
Nonsense. Source: my family had a cattle ranch.

> only salicylates are a problem
... and phytates, oxylates, hormone mimics, lectins and many more

> 15-20g 'protein' from a burrito
Enjoy your gainz.
1. Proteins in vegetables are not well absorbed so not all the 15g is actually going to be used? And it's not just the quantity it's the quality and the amount of other garbage you have to eat to get enough.
2. Plants are notoriously short on key amino acids "Plant proteins have a reduced content of essential amino acids in comparison to animal proteins. A significant reduction of limiting amino acids (methionine, lysine, tryptophan) means lower protein synthesis." https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16201743

Even the American Dietetics Institute (vegan/Seventh Day Adventist front) says that you need a nutritionist to plan a vegan diet.

Again: eat a vegan diet without adding artificial supplements and you will go mad and then die.

g is the first principal component of IQ.

They are not "different things". The problem with you is that you are a 'tard who doesn't know you are a 'tard.

>doesn't explain why Eskimo don't have pale skin.
White skin arose due to the combination of high latitude (no sun) and grain based diet (noD in the diet).

Eskimo food is rich in vitamin D.

This has been known for a long time.

Do your research next time OP and stop wasting people's time.

Yes read textbooks on genetics, molecular biology, evolution, and population statistics and the origin of species. Studied physical anthropology and human evolution at college. Also read some popular books.

I have offered the text book on evolution to numerous creationists and not a single one knows anything about it or is willing to learn.

Yet they spout nonsense like "evolution violates the 2nd law of thermodynamics" and "evolution cannot create new information".
