Is it possible for a humans to live in a -150 °C climate with good clothes ? I don't mean astronaut clothes, but real normal clothes.

I ask this because I'm very interested in the subject of colonizing Ganymedes, the most beautiful moon of the solar system, and I've seen the average temperature there is -150 °C.

At first I thought -150 °C is too low, but then I played this game Permafrost and the temperature falls as low as -150 °C, and people still survive, so I told myself maybe I'm wrong.

Duuuudes, almost the instant earth stopped being hit by asteroids, life appeared.

If this place has just:
1 big lake that gets sunlight

It's 99.9% got life.
