No. I just want to go to sleep at random (like 6 am one day, 6 pm the other day and 12 am the other one etc. aka no regular schedule or rythm to it) and can be sleepy at random even if it doesn't make sense (already slept a lot or in the middle of day out of blue)

Be it physical or mental, I just can't fall asleep without spending several hours laying in bed or/and exterting myself till I almost pass out even if I feel sleepy as long as it isn't "the time" aka any time my body feels like falling asleep

got the following inequation sequence:

[math]-10 \leq x \leq 12 \Leftrightarrow[/math]
[math]-10+5 \leq x+5 \leq 12+5 \Leftrightarrow[/math]
[math](-5)^2 \leq (x+5)^2 \leq 17^2 \Leftrightarrow[/math]
[math]25+3 \leq (x+5)^2+3 \leq 289+3
\Leftrightarrow[/math]
[math]28 \leq (x+5)^2+3 \leq 292[/math]

I'm thinking that the error here is that, when you start to do [math](x+5)^2+3 \leq 292[/math] you eventually end up in [math]x^2+10x \leq 264[/math] which is a quadratic inequation, therefore it gives you two values for [math]x[/math], is this correct?

Have you ever wanted to make a math exercise and think you can definitely do it but you just can't resolve it for days and then you see another person do it and they start for something completely obvious and simple and you realize that you could have done that but instead your stupid brain never thought about it?

I wish I liked math and actually made an effort to study it when I was young, now I‘m JUSTed because every major I find interesting requires math and I‘m too lazy and brainlet to do something about it.
