Not the person you are replying to, but take a look at the PISA test scores. White & Asian students in the US do quite well, while black students do rather poorly. Hispanics end up in the middle.

America's math & science scores are poor for the exact same reason pretty much any of the other statistics (crime, health, income inequality, and so on) that are worse than other developed countries: we have a lot of blacks & mexicans that can't into modern civilization. Unfortunately, no one has figured out a reliable way to change this; even radical measures like adoption by upper-middle class whites at a young age and being raised in predominantly white areas only produced modest improvements.

I wonder what country is going to be the first to start subsidizing this sort of thing - would give any country that is willing & able to do so a big advantage when the children become of age. I would place my bets on Singapore - they have dappled with eugenics more than pretty much any other nation post-WWII, and have the money & governmental organization to offer it to all their citizens. And this form of eugenics should be more popular than past efforts, since every family could benefit from it.

While northeastern Asians score a bit higher on IQ tests than whites, the best societies they produce aren't any wealthier or nicer than the best all-white societies. High IQ is necessary, but not by itself sufficient to produce a pleasant place to live.
