Not quite sure when that habit of mine started though, I just started adding Us or words like "color" and "harbor" right out of the blue one day, and haven't been able to stop since. Except for "theatre" and "centre," there's just something about spelling them as "er" instead that makes them come off as much weaker words.

Yeah but the dumbass who came up with them made more money than any of us who matter will ever make, and that's pretty fucking shitty and rageworthy. Someone with a simple idea is more important and makes more money than those with complex and intellectual ideas. Our society puts too little importance on intelligence and knowledge, especially for us that're stuck in the US.
