There's smart black people, we should isolate their genome as our knowledge of genetic engineer advances and make sure only smart black people (and all others, including whites) are born. Imagine a world with no Niggers, Rednecks, Gypsies, creepy Indians asking you to open bob, no more crazy Muslim goatfuckers or Abbos drinking petrol and sleeping on the roads.
