let me try: disregarding air resistance, the upwards speed change in velocity relative to the original fall velocity would be inversely proportional to relative mass. but that's not too important because you wouldn't be able to produce enough force to make the impulse of landing survivable; even if you hypothetically could, you would just kill yourself on push off unless you had incredibly long frog like legs to reduce THAT impulse. so tl;dr this is not a good way to survive a fall even in theoretical physics land. I recommend finding a snow drift.
