Food pyramids are fine.

The real problem is that Americans eat way too much food and do way too little exercise, so now you have a bunch of fad diet crazies trying to make a buck with a miracle diet that will keep you looking like a supermodel and let you live to the age of 100 without having to put down the fork or pick up a dumbbell.
