The PCA was destroying the environment. Pollution controls in Europe and the US move production to Asia, where pollution controls don't exist. People don't stop using cell phones, they're just force to live with Asian built ones. A cell phone that would have produced 1 pound of recovered pollution in the US now creates 10 pounds of un-recovered pollution in China, thanks to the PCA. Without a closed system, with all manufacturers involved, any climate or pollution agreement will have a worsening effect, not act to improve.

I voted not-Hillary. I had to base on her email problems and her lack of accomplishments as secretary of state. I didn't vote against the Obama.
