Think of the stuff that's actually important to do and do all that before you sit down and study, shit like, cleaning up your house, or putting the laundry on, or running some errand.
The most productive hours are in the morning after waking up but others do it later in the day, whatever, just get some in.

Also mechanically remove the things that are distracting, phones, computers, whatever. If you tell yourself the phone has to be near you, put it in the next room on max volume but with notifications off so if you get a call you hear it.

A nuclear option of this is getting a flip phone or something.
If you have study friends it makes things easier too, go to a library so you don't just hang out at your house and goof off. You can do this bro.
