No IQ test today can measure the genome of your past ancestors and future decedent's. You are putting faith on a test result that accounts for the individual without any analysis of if they simply drew the "short" straw in the family or if they are actually a part of a lineage of low IQ retards.

Truth is even if you killed off all sub 120 IQ people the remaining persons still have a very real chance of producing low IQ kids.

Most people who advocate for eugenics based on intelligence tend to forget these crucial points. Within every person's lineage were both smart and dumb people. They speak of a culling of the weak minded but forget the "taint" of idiocy runs hundreds of thousands of years "deep". Your eugenics crusade isn't going to get rid of that.
