first 30 seconds of the flight the booster picks up speed at about 3.6m/s^2, add gravity to that, multiply by the stack's weight which we'll assume it's a conservative 4900 tons (if it's heavier which it probably is cause early prototype margins, that's more favourable), it's got 3 engines flamed out at liftoff (at best, if more are out at this stage of the flight, then that's more favourable), so it amounts to 65.7MN across 30 working engines. That's 2.19MN per raptor at minimum.

Raptors are touted as pulling 2.4MN at full go, in vacuum. They're 1.3m across so suction losses at sea level amount to 226kN giving them a rated 2.268MN at sea level or an observed performance adjusted for pressure of. Which means they're performing at 96.75% of rated power.
Not even going to go into how steering losses due to powersliding off the pad astra-style might have had an impact on measured performance or that elon specifically stated that they're weren't ramping them to full thrust time time anyway.
