In a colony of 80,000 people on an alien planet you think this is the worse that can happen? That's just ignoring reality. If they built this thing without a jail and a standing police force I would laugh long and hard.

None, thats the point. You would only have the rights they give you. No country would have any real claim over how a private colony was run on another planet. You would have to follow the company line in all matters.

I hope not, but worse has happened over far, far less. 80,000 people can easily lead to boiling tensions over any number of issues. I really don't get why people assume all thats just gonna stop when we build a shitty town on some red dirt.
