No but black criminality happens in all the richer countries and poorer countries at a far higher rate.

Take South Africa for instance. Poor whites are still not 1/2 as criminal as poor blacks. And blacks are now vastly the majority. 90% of the population and they are still far more criminal.

Same with Brazil. Though it's "multiculti" blacks and mulatto both are far more criminal.

Everywhere I look in the world I don't see less criminality except for small pockets here and there. It's super rare.

You can read in every textbook on evolution that geographic races of animals, when isolated from other races of their species, may in due time become new species. The terms "subspecies" and "geographic race" are used interchangeably in this taxonomic literature.
