If Indian food production is destroyed as in your pic, and South American and US food exports are also effected, the net result will be higher food prices.

In fact the evidence points to food production being negatively affected everywhere because your meme pic is only taking into account crop yields and not other effects like flooding, draughts, etc, etc.
