Let's see all the four possible cases on the conditional conjuction:

Both are true.

If I find your mother, then I'll bang her.

It's the case that finding your mother leads me to bang her. V(P=>Q) = T, for P and Q are true. That V shall mean truth value of, I don't know how that is written in english tho, but that's how we do over here.

Both are false.

If I don't find your mother, then I don't do her.

Now, notice this: being both statements false means that I haven't found your mother and that I haven't hit the homerrun. The condition is to find and then to the dip the wick, but neither have I found her nor did we mate. The condition doesn't happen so it's implication doesn't happen, and that's what the statement says.
Look how P=>Q and ~P=>~Q means the exact same thing:

If I find your mother, then I'll go all the way on her
If I DON'T find your mother, then I WON'T wreck her

Now, P is false and Q is true.

If I find your mother, the I'll nail her.

See, I didn't find her, however, I still went balls deep on that fat ass. Now wait, isn't the condition supposed to be satisfied so I can pound her? Well yes, but it doesn't need to be me the one to find her, the case here, for example, is that she came to me wating some manhandling.

So, it's false that I found her, yes, but it can have happened other ways, and most importantly, it's true that I busted a nut deep in that tight hole. See, it has an overall truth value of true.

And last, P is true and Q is false

If I find your mother, then I'll sex her up.

That's pretty easy to see that is false. I have in fact found your mother, but didn't get some of her, what?!! Would never happen (that pussy would be destroyed), however the statement says it did, therefore, it's truth value is false.
