It's the extreme cold you have to worry about it gets stupid cold.

yeah underground would be the way to go for sure.

They've developed a waterless concrete formula to build structures out of all materials would come from mars .

sending a single ship would be stupid and asking for disaster.

columbus didn't set sail for the new world in a single ship I would think 2 would be a minimum 3 or more would be better.

everyone would know and have to except risk will be involved.

oh and I'd imagine at least at first all missions would be a one way trip. the gravity is not that bad
