I dont think faith in God means conclusion at all. The theist is the one asking himself "Does God exist?" while the atheist is the one asking himself "Is there no God"?. Eventually their pattern seeking brains kicks in and both find answers to confirm their binary questions. Faith is the binary question itself. Think about it. If I was going to say to myself "I am a genius" before a test, I would not study. But if I asked myself "Am I a genius?", I would over study for the test. This is called Honesty. I think this is the difference between pharisees+muslims, and Jesus.
