>I realized through various accounts (after regaining some self awareness when I finally get medicated for adhd - also it seems to run in family as well, but they either fallen into crime/substance abuse or coped hard enough to not realize they even have it lol) of family from both sides that my likelihood of eventually getting set of fun diseases like dementia, parkinson, late onset diabeetus, either kind of thyroidism and other neurodegenerative disease seems almost certain as my memory, restlessness, tingling/numbness in extermities, weird shifta in apetite or weight and insomnia got worse in past 1-3 years
>and now my mother started spouting typical schizo shit when confronted about her memory not being perfect
