On top of that it would be a substantial expense, a pane (or multiple panes) of Alon that large would ballpark in the range of 680-700 square inches and assuming it's only the thickness of aquarium glass (this is where I found a reliable number for it's price) it would be somewhere in the range of half a million dollars. That being said considering how thick the armorglass on the ISS's cupola is, I doubt very much that hypothetical Alon windows would only a quarter inch thick. At four inches thick similar to the ISS cupola it will be more like eight million dollars. On top of that they will need a strong one-way glare resisting coating to prevent passengers from being blinded if the window should happen to end up pointed Sunward.
