The model is actually based on the FACT that third worlders have the hardest drop in fertility rates right now.

First world went from 2.9 in 1970 to 1.8 in 2014 a 1.1 drop.

Africa went from 8.8 in 1970 to 3.6 in 2014 a 5.2 drop.

If current trend continues Europe will have a higher fertility rate than Africa in 2050 and outbreed them.

We don't know why this is the case but for some reason third world birth rates are falling like a rock far faster than first world rates which are just gradually declining.

The graph in my picture is actually outdated as the drop has accelerated even more in Africa in the last 5 years since 2014. African birthrate will be the lowest on the planet in 2050 After India then China then Eastern Europe.

Basically the opposite of what you are saying is happening. Third worlds will be outbred by first world citizens if trend continues. Of course the population in general is going to fall from 2100 onwards from about 9 billion in 2100 to around 100 million in the late 2200s and humanity will be extinct in 2300s of course this assumes the current trends keep continuing.

How do we fix the dropping birth rates all over the world?
Even Africans are having fewer children.
We can't let this happen. At this rate every "race" is going extinct. Even black people.
It's not actually white genocide. It's genocide of everyone.
We need to make it a more attractive to have children somehow.

As the world gradually becomes more prosperous, fertility rates have dropped across the board, for the reasons previously stated. There's no sensible mechanism for the opposite direction of causality to be the case.
