All poor black immigrants. All the data is not "outliers". They are certainly not "decently well off". Money doesn't magically make you good at school but good work ethic does.

152 years ago (1865) is not "just a few years ago". The African states these people are exiting from were freed from colonization far more recently as in the 1960s.

The problem is (american) blacks don't try to move up and they attack those that do for "acting all white". The ones you usually see moving up the social ladder are from war torn Africa and not the ghetto.

What absurd bullshit. There are far more poor white people than blacks at every pay scale. It's ludicrous to believe they can't get ahead when they have the same exactly opportunities for education if not vastly more with variously scholarships and affirmative action to aid them.

I agree that at least 90% of the problem is indeed social, but it is not white society that is at fault. The black ghettos are toxic cesspools that are ruining generation after generation of people that could've made something of themselves if they grew up outside of that mentality. Black culture celebrates crime, violence, and ignorance. Children in that environment grow up wanting to be sleazy thugs and not successful law abiding professionals. If a black student is studying in school, he is bullied for "acting white" by <span class="math">\bf{other ~ black ~ students}[/spoiler]. If parents (black or mixed) are sending their kids to school and keeping them out of gangs, <span class="math">\bf{other ~ black ~ parents}[/spoiler] attack them for raising their kids "all white" and not letting them join the "community business". If a black adult is simply reading in public, <span class="math">\bf{other ~ blacks}[/spoiler] will come up to them and harass them for "trying to be white". If a black man by the age of 30 hasn't impregnated someone yet, <span class="math">\bf{other ~ blacks}[/spoiler] with say "he gay". If a black thug with a long criminal record commits a crime, other blacks say "he didn't do nothing" and "he was a good boy".

Poverty, remnants from civil war 150 years ago, and white supremacy are convenient scapegoats to avoid blaming blacks for their own shit. Fix the ghettos and you fix the vast majority of the problems blacks face.
