Question regarding cosmetics (pic unrelated, don't bother).

Girl A heard from her friend Girl B that this "amazing magical anti-aging cream" did wonders for her ass. Claims within a month of using it, cellulite she had on her ass is gone.
Girl A asked me if it sounds legit. She has enough reason to believe Girl B isn't bullshitting.
I don't know shit about cosmetics or chemistry in general, though maybe one of you anons would know. Or at least point in the right direction. I believe Girl B is honest, but I'm willing to bet one of the active ingredients is either harmful or else all girls in the world would be buying this shit.
