It's the exact opposite. If you're a merely competent black taking advantage of free taxpayer funded public education K-12, you may then

1. find it easier to get admitted into good schools
2. have more grants and scholarships available to you
3. have a variety of minority-based support groups push you along on campus
4. have most major companies more willing to hire you over your white peers to fulfill diversity quotas

And what's sad is that this baby gloves treatment from cradle to grave is still not enough to put much of a dent in their socioeconomic standing as a group

No, you don't really start crystallizing your gender until you're 10 and hormones begin. Before then it's just minor differences.

I miss the days when boys could just play with dolls and makeup for fun and in passing without some insane SJW mom immediately rushing them to the nearest pediatrician to have their gender checked out. Jesus.
