Scientifically speaking, what is the best approach to being happy as a midwit?
I've been reading into cosmological philosophy, dualism, nature of reality type stuff for a while now and it always ends up the same way:
i have a near panic attack and don't really come to any conclusion. Should i just stop trying to figure this out considering there's nothing trulu definitive on the matter?
I think the answer is yes, but my thoughts always immediately jump to this highest level of thinking, and not to my personal affairs which i'd prefer. Is there a way I can stop thinking about this stuff so much?
Everyone has these thoughts so I'm wondering how you aren't crushed by it
