An atmospheric vortex engine basically uses waste heat to create a twister that can act as a chimney far taller than a physical cooling tower
It's a bit less efficient than a big fuck-off radiator but at that scale, it makes up for it in extra energy production and reliability

Found a solution to a nuclear reactor's cooling needs in a martian atmosphere
a vortex chimney could send heated ambient martian air into its stratosphere so it could cool off more efficiently with minimal physical structures and would harvest more power from the waste heat of a reactor's CO2 turbines
Plus, you could add atmospheric gasses into the stratosphere with it
