So the $30 million dollar NTP study just showed that non-ionizing radiation causes cancer at levels well below thermal.

I remember in college having it drilled into my head that "the only potential negative effects of non-ionizing radiation is heating". This was seriously a dogma that everyone had to adhere to.

What will the industry fallouts of this be? Has anyone read the study?

Here is the link to the aforementioned study: https://ntp.niehs.nih.gov/results/areas/cellphones/index.html
