You'd waste a tremendous amount of fuel keeping it stable, if possible. Read up on, "Dzhanibekov Effect," aka, "Tennis Racket Theorem."

That's a pretty important qualifier right there... but yeah, I agree. CNN is the propaganda arm of the deep state/intelligence community.

I have seen UFOs a few times for the last 5 years. My first sighting was with one of the 'weird' kids in high school -- during our senior year. He had an autistic obsession with all types of aircraft, so he would often spend much more time looking at the sky than others. It's amazing how little most people will even give a passing glance at the sky; we're either looking down at the ground, around us laterally, or at our phones/object/person. Anyway, he was always paying attention to flight routes to the nearest airports, different types of planes, etc.

We were hanging out at a mansion that overlooks Portland, OR. He wasn't startled or anything, but he said, "Do you see that? What do you think that is?"

A strange, orange light was doing this weird meandering movement in the sky, and the light itself was doing this weird pulsating thing. It definitely did not appear to be a jet, helicopter, commercial plane, etc. It eventually just disappeared. I ended up seeing 2-3 more of these events, all with him because he would point them out to me. It's really surreal.

What are the differential equations of motion for this system?

It depends on how long it is, if I recall correctly. It has to do with Dzhanibekov effect/Tennis racket theorem I think, but that's probably not all.

Well, you could pressurize it with a non-explosive gas and use it as vectoring thrust. The PSI doesn't need to be much. Those use the Merlin Vacuum 1D/1C I think which use kerosene as fuel. How much delta-p can the tank withstand in the first place?

The instant it changes trajectory that moment you see in the vid is negated.
