I'm not sure if this one is merely regional or only existed in my country, but there was a myth that some of the hermit women who lived in cottages not far out enough to not be part of a village, but far enough to be considered hermits, were witches who enchanted bunnies to make them drink all the milk from the cows of the farmers. Didn't matter if a kid or a drunkard told the priest that she was that kind of a witch, if they did, she could count her days.

Are you guys beast at math? I'm in desperate need of help with this geometry course I'm taking online. I'm an 80s & 90s student in every other subject but in math I just shit and piss myself. I need this math course or I won't graduate next month. It's on this page called novanet, you log in and read small info and answer multiple choice questions based off the info. In this case the course is Geometry 1. I already did 5 out of the 8 lessons required to finish within the span of a week (Lack of time and being a total idiot when it comes to math). A geomtry-fluent person would be able to zip through it within a day or two. If you guys are interested, I'm offering $50 either through paypal or as an amazon gift card to whoever can get it done. Initially when I did this, I thought HCl was in excess. But would the following be correct?

Ca(OH)2 + H2O --> Ca2+ + 2OH-

Hence, 1:2 ratio, there should be 0.14 M Ca(OH)2. So in fact there is excess base.

I'm really dumb, but my favourite thing to do is to learn. Is there any job I can do this? It seems like the closest ones, researcher etc, require you to be smart enough to actually get the degrees and stuff. I failed my science degree, but I still am trying to learn stuff. What can do?
