> Pie chart representing official, misreported, Chinese pollution statistics

China, as with their population reporting and currency control, lies profusely in reporting pollution statistics. That chart is based on official numbers, not actual. Studies show that 30% of San Francisco's air pollution comes from China, which is far more accurate a number and completely destroys that 30% claim. You can probably double or more the China portion in that graph.

Also, much of the pink 30% is Asia, so even in the official, not actual, statistics, Asia (India to Japan, about 80% of the world's population) provides close to 81% of global air pollution.

Also, while the US and EU are rapidly reducing their pollution output, China is rapidly increasing its own. That also fails to take into account the effect of China and Asia using the Pacific as its own private land fill, which has reduced fish and plant populations to a fraction of a percent of their 1963 levels. That greatly reduces carbon sequestration and pollution remediation by ocean wildlife, greatly increasing the problem.

It was reasonable to do the "blame whitey" and "blame the US" shit back in the 70s, when it was accurate, but the liberal blame standards don't apply in 2017. They need to be completely overhauled, in fact. Those who continue to use them are irrelevant to the discussion because they just don't reflect the modern situation.
